Shipping policy

BY BIG BOY ships physical apparel to eligible United States addresses. Available services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping charges
Standard shipping is $7. Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Checkout determines eligibility, including the effect of discounts. We have not enabled international shipping.

Processing & delivery
Dispatch time and carrier transit time are separate. Any dispatch period clearly stated on a product page before you order applies to that item. If no dispatch period is stated, U.S. orders will ship within 30 days, or we will contact you to request consent to a delay or provide a prompt refund.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. You will receive shipment information using the contact details provided at checkout. If an order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. This policy does not remove your rights under applicable law.

Address changes & cancellations
Please check your address before paying. For a correction or cancellation, contact us promptly with your order number and checkout email. We can cancel an order before dispatch; address changes depend on whether the order has already been handed to the carrier.
