These terms apply to purchases and use of the BY BIG BOY online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented at checkout and the policies linked here.
Orders & payment
Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Review your garment, size, print color, quantity, shipping charge, and final total before paying. Prices are in the currency displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you submit the order.
We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot serve. If payment has been collected for a canceled order, we will notify you and provide the appropriate prompt refund. We will not substitute a different item or raise the agreed price without your consent.
Product information
The HELLOOOOO T-Shirt and Hoodie are black garments. Blue, Red, and Silver Grey describe the waveform print color, not the garment fabric color. Screen settings can affect color appearance. Some product images are styled images or digital mockups and do not replace the product description or any measurements provided. Contact us before ordering when you need clarification.

Using this site
You may browse and use the site for legitimate shopping and support. Do not attempt fraud, impersonate others, interfere with site security, or upload unlawful content. Store branding, photographs, and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders; a clothing purchase does not transfer rights to commercially reproduce that content.
Updates & your rights
We may update these terms for future use and future orders. Changes do not remove rights attached to orders already placed. Nothing here excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
